Small Batches Big Memories

For over 30 years, I have been dreaming about making pasta sauce, not just any sauce, but a sauce that embodies the essence of family, tradition, and the rich flavors of my heritage. Growing up, the kitchen was the heart of our home. I would watch my mother, with her hands full of love and skill, create magic from scratch. She made everything from homemade sauce, pasta, cheese, wine, olives, breads, cookies, and salami. Every meal was a celebration, not just of food, but of the bond we shared with family and friends.

Those memories are so vivid for me. The smell of tomatoes simmering on the stove, the sight of fresh pasta drying on the table, the laughter of family gathered around to taste her creations. My mother’s kitchen was more than just a place to connect, to pass down stories, recipes, and traditions.

For years, I have held onto those memories wanting to continue that legacy. I talked about it, dreamt about it, and now, it’s finally time to bring that dream to life. I want to carry on what my mother started and share our family’s tradition with the world. That is why I am putting our name “Bella” on this new sauce and everything that comes after. It’s not just a sauce; it’s a piece of my family’s history, a labor of love, and way to invite everyone to our table.

With Sarsa Bella, I hope to give others a taste of the warmth, love and tradition that was passed down to me. This isn’t just about making good food; it’s about sharing who we are. And I can’t wait for the world to experience the flavors that have been a part of my life for so long.
